CosyHabitat products are made to order from customer photos. Production time is different from shipping time, so customers should plan ahead for birthdays, holidays, pet memorial dates, and other gift occasions.

Production timeline

Custom pet plush toys, needle felted portraits, and memorial keepsakes are handmade after the order details and pet photos are received. Complex markings, larger sizes, and high seasonal demand can extend the production window.

Shipping timeline

Shipping begins after production is complete. Delivery time depends on destination, carrier service, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. Tracking details will be provided when available.

Photo and detail confirmation

Orders with unclear photos or missing customization notes may be delayed while we request additional information. To keep production moving, upload clear photos and include all important pet details at checkout.

Time-sensitive gifts
