Returns & Custom Order Policy

CosyHabitat specializes in personalized pet products made from customer photos. Because each item is created for a specific pet and customer, our return policy is different from standard ready-made products.

Custom product returns

Custom pet plush, needle felted pet portraits, photo pillows, and pet memorial keepsakes are generally not returnable for change-of-mind reasons once production has started.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to update photos, notes, address details, or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the order enters production or shipping preparation.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your package arrives damaged or you believe there is a production issue, contact us with your order number, packaging photos, and item photos. We will review the case and offer a practical resolution when the issue is confirmed.

Photo responsibility

The final result depends heavily on the photos and notes provided. Customers should upload clear images and highlight important markings, colors, pose preferences, and memorial details before production begins.
